("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, processes, and protects your information when you interact with our websites, SaaS portal, and test automation tools.

2. Data We Collect
We collect data that falls into three general categories:
- Account Profile Data: Name, professional email address, company name, billing details, and login credentials provided during registration.
- Usage & Execution Metadata: Anonymized indicators, test execution speed, self-healing events, selector configurations, and error trace logs generated during tests.
- Technical System Data: IP addresses, browser types, operational operating systems, and device identifiers collected automatically via platform access logs.
AspectIQ does not collect or store patient health data, credit card numbers, or end-user passwords from your application during test execution. We strongly advise using test credentials and sanitized mock datasets for all automation testing.
3. How We Use Data
We process your data to fulfill our services and enhance the automation experience, specifically to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the AspectIQ console and testing environments.
- Train and optimize our self-healing AI selector models specifically for your testing workspaces.
- Generate billing transactions and process subscriptions.
- Monitor for abuse, security threats, and system optimization.
- Provide technical support and send system notification updates.
5. Data Security
AspectIQ employs enterprise-grade administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. All communication is encrypted using TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access control is strictly managed via zero-trust architecture, mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based policies.

6. GDPR & HIPAA Alignments
We are fully aligned with major global privacy standards:
GDPR Compliance: For European Union users, AspectIQ acts as a Data Processor. We execute Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to govern data transfers outside the EEA. EU users can request data deletion or porting at any time.
HIPAA Readiness: For healthcare organizations, we provide HIPAA-compliant isolated environments and sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) to guarantee protection of sensitive flows.
7. Data Retention
We retain account profile information for as long as your organization has an active subscription. Test execution logs, error traces, and screenshots are automatically purged after 30 to 90 days (based on your workspace preferences) to reduce data storage overhead and secure your parameters.
Upon subscription termination, all workspace metadata is scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days, unless required for compliance or financial auditing.
8. Your Data Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the processing of your personal data. You can manage your account settings directly in the AspectIQ console or file a request with our compliance team at privacy@aspectiq.ai. We respond to all requests within 30 calendar days.
